You know the feeling. That one you get when you finish a really good book and can’t quite believe it ended how it did. Is the next one out yet?? Why can’t the author write faster!!! You want to share that feeling and tell someone. You become evangelistic, waxing lyrical, bossy even, insisting everyone should read and just share in the awe you have been inspired to feel.
“READ IT!!” you shout at your bemused partner… And when they do, asking constantly for updates.. did you get to the MOST AMAZING BIT, yet?? Trying so hard to avoid the spoilers, hoping they put the book down at the end and loved it as much as you did.
It’s a precious thing to you; it evoked memories, emotion, it made you feel the book was written about YOU! FOR YOU! You came away feeling a connection and now that it’s over, you crave the next instalment.
We at EqUa Coaching thought we’d let you get it off your chest and tell us the most treasured tomes that you would share with the world…the book if you were Prime Minister for the day you’d make it the LAW to read!
Here are some of our favourites — both old and recent to get you started.
