    Life Coaching is imperative for anybody and everybody who wants to live a happy and fulfilling life. If you want more out of your life, if you feel you want to make changes for the better, if you realise that you can be happier, healthier and more focused, then EqUa Coaching can help you to transform; to live the life you want. If any fears, phobias, anxieties, or personal issues are holding you back then coaching is right for you. Don’t sell yourself short! Everyone deserves to have what he or she wants, but sometimes they need help to identify just what that is.

    Our sessions normally take place via Skype meaning we can help anyone in the same time zone as us! We can also schedule sessions at one of our clinics in Clerkenwell, Marylebone or Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. All are easily accessed via public transport or have parking. Under certain circumstances, we can visit your home.

  • What’s the difference between Transformative Coaching and Life Coaching

    Transformative Coaching works differently to more traditional Coaching methods, or ‘Life Coaching’ in that it works on a much deeper level, beyond that of goals and achievements. It allows you to make changes from within enabling you to learn about who you really are and what makes you tick, why you make the decisions you make, and have the experiences you have. Once you gain a greater knowledge of ‘you’, you become aware of the abundance of choices you have control over and take the life-changing steps to become the ‘you’ you really want to be.
  • What is NLP?

    NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The name encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our body functions. Language determines how we interface and communicate with other people, and our programming determines the kinds of models (our version) of the world we create.
  • What is Hypnotherapy?

    Hypnotherapy is a skilled method of verbal communication. It’s used while the patient is under hypnosis and it helps direct their imagination in such a way as to bring about intended alterations in sensations, perceptions, feelings, thoughts and behaviour. It has life-changing results, particularly when combatting phobias and fears.
  • What method will you use with me?

    We are all unique, from our fingerprints to our minds and so we use different methods for each individual. For one person, a phobia of public speaking can be resolved with NLP techniques. For another, the benefits of Hypnotherapy or Coaching might be preferred. It’s a very personal thing but we’re happy to explain the benefits of all our techniques.
  • How many sessions will I need?

    There is no set amount of sessions; you can take as many as you feel you need. When we first meet we will discuss what is right for you to resolve the issue as quickly but as thoroughly as possible.
